WALL PREPARATION CYCLE

The preparation of a cement substrate requires careful preliminary checks as specified in our Professional Training Courses. The following is the preparation cycle necessary to coat a wall with fine civil plaster in resin, which does not show traces of humidity in any way. This is one of the most typical conditions on which we operate vertically.

FASE 1 • Verification and preparation of the support

Before starting, check that there are no traces of humidity. Carefully verify that the surface on which you are going to work is properly prepared and respects what is specified in our Professional Training Courses. PLEASE NOTE: unsuitable plasters can be previously treated with R101 Primer Cement followed by R251 Fibrate Powder Filler.

• Day 1

FASE 2 • Primer application

ON TILES
WALL PREPARATION CYCLE

The preparation of a tiled wall requires, according to the different types of walls (narrow, medium or wide joint), careful preliminary checks as specified in our Professional Training Courses. The following is the preparation cycle necessary to coat a tiled surface in resin that does not show traces of humidity in any way. This is one of the most typical conditions on which we operate vertically and in a particular way to renovate bathrooms and kitchens.

FASE 1 • Verification and preparation of the support

Before starting, check that there are no traces of humidity. Carefully verify that the surface on which you are going to work has adequate mechanical treatment that respectd what is specified in our Professional Training Courses.
